This is a hands-on 1-Day programme for school leavers who keen to explore their pastryand culinary interest. Participants can look forward to bringing home some of their innovations / productions and also stand a chance of winning prizes for their efforts.Explore the exciting and rewarding world of culinary and pastry through the 1 Day Action P.A.C.K programme at SILVERSPOON INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE. Bring home some of your productions.
This is a series of half-day Saturday workshops for school teachers, especially for thoseinvolved in counselling and handling “Living Skills / Kemahiran Hidup” classes. Each hands-on session is informative and syllabus relevant.The T-PACK series of workshops are designed to provide theoreticaland practical know-hows for secondary schools teachers, especially theinvolved in career counselling or teaching the Living Skills (Kemahiran Hidup) subjectThese hands-on workshops are conducted in fully equipped kitchens andsupplemented with informative hands-outs relevant to the syllabus.The workshops will be conducted on Saturday mornings to accommodatebusy lifestyle.All T-PACK participants will be given a Goodie-Bag containing mysterygifts and recipe of the day after each workshop.
Team Building can never be this fun or exciting as participants are placed in situations thatrequire “situational analysis”, “dependence – independence”, “trust” and “communication” skills, as they work together in a kitchen and enjoy the meal that they have prepared together.TEAM BUILDING @ SILVERSPOONDuring the morning session, participants are first enlightened about kitchen safety and food hygience, followed by a cooking demonstration of a menu of their choice. Everyone will then sit down to enjoy a sumptuous lunch as they get to know each other.During the afternoon session, the participants must work as team to cook their dinner. Will the team dish out a gourmet’s delight or burnt disasters? Whatever it is, the team will have to consume their end product.
